The candies are fed at the topmost tier conveyor through former, elevator conveyor or other machine at the infeed. The candies are rolled at high frequency and at the same time conveyed ahead. Along their path dry and conditioned cooling air is passed on the candies to gradually cool them down at desired rate of cooling. The fast forward-backward oscillating motion keeps the candies rolling and do not lose their shape or getting stuck to the surface of the belt.
These Oscillating Cooling Tunnel are available in open type to take advantage of cool ambient air as well as refrigerated cooling with puff insulated panels. The system is fully custom designed to suit new as well as existing production lines. The complete operation is controlled through a PLC and HMI without manual intervention.
