Avismatic offers In-line Jar Capping Machines for pre-threaded caps. PET Jars, Glass Jars, bottles, etc. filled with confectionery candies, toffees, powders, detergents as well liquids such as oils, jams, syrups, chemicals, etc.
The machine is placed in-line after a filling machine. It comprises either 3, 4 or 5 spindle pairs running at required cap-screwing speeds. A pre-determined torque is attained and caps are firmly fixed to the jar. The jars/bottles are passed through the army of spindled firmly held between the gripping conveyors. The caps if fixed with sealing wad can also be fixed to the jars.
